HOW DOES IT WORK?
This complex product simplifies the whole process for all involved, it simple, quick and efficient. This is how it works;
• The customer checks in through an attractive touchscreen kiosk.
• By answering a number of clinical questions “Equip” places the user in the right clinical queue or offers self service.
• The user gets a ticket with their clinic ID and Queue number.
• For self service, a token is issued for use at the vending kiosk.
• The queue numbers are shown on large format screens in the clinic. Whilst waiting the user can use the touchscreen information points around the clinic.
• The clinician sees the queue details and patient's reasons for attendance on their PC. When they are ready, the clinician simply clicks on the user and this allocates, and calls the patient to the clinician's room.
• When consultation is complete the clinician enters the details on the system and the database is updated.
• A suite of management reports are available.
